What you’ll do:
1. Build our business
- Identifying core challenges faced by clients and opportunities for HSM Advisory to support
- Building a strong portfolio of client partnerships and nurturing leads to sale
- Passionate about creating better workplaces for people
- Initiating calls with new contacts through business development and effective networking
- Efficient at proposal writing
2. Create a flourishing HSM Advisory culture
- Shows leadership on projects, ensuring that the team adheres to the HSM Advisory values
- Mentoring junior team members and providing coaching with a key focus on development and wellbeing
- Demonstrating a positive and ‘can-do’ approach to daily work
- Being inclusive and respectful of all colleagues and understanding there is power in our collective
3. Deliver great work
- Acting as programme lead on the delivery of complex global projects on exciting topics related to people and change
- Having a robust understanding of HSM Advisory research and insights and is capable of effectively communicating these to clients
- Independently leading meetings/calls/client touchpoints
- Providing team quality assurance and support on project management
- Guiding junior team members in the successful conversion of data into insights and insights into recommendations
- Leading in the resolution of risks and issues
- Managing process of embedding recommendations with clients
- Delivering key internal projects as required to enhance

- Being a small team, we’re often required to help with tasks outside of our direct role, so we're searching for someone who is self-motivated, eager to learn, and skilled at working in a dynamic setting
Experience
- Essential: Minimum of six years’ relevant work experience
- Desirable: a background in organisational behaviour, management studies, or HR-related fields
